A way to give yourself a lot of money has been found by xSellize member, Leifio.
1. SSH or USB connect onto your device.
2. Navigate to /var/mobile/Applications/XXXXX/Documents (Where xxxx is the folder of GTA)
3. Copy your savegame (savegame0 or savegame1) into My Documents
4. Using a HEX editor, such as HxD, open the file.
5. The fifth line from the top (the offset should be 00000040), replace it with the following:
00 00 00 00 00 2A E5 00 00 02 00 00 00 F4 23 F0
6. Save the file, then replace the one on your device with the edited one.
7. Now go into the game and enjoy billions of dollars!
